i hope not, honestly. i was also just mostly making a sh*tpost.

i actually feel for viera because i -do- play a hrothgar as my main despite the character i have selected to display on the forum. it's kind of frustrating that they can't even just hire a single person to just, update a single headpiece to work on hroths/viera every patch or so. people who modify the game (which is against the TOS and bannable) have already proven this is a trivial task that takes only an hour or two at most and considering how many weeks there are between patches and how much cash FFXIV has been raking it, i feel they could totally afford to hire someone to do it.

So, SE explicitly told me to post my complaint on the forums so they can review it and forward it to the right person and you're acting like I've made this out of spite? Hyperbole wasn't needed - all I ever wanted was for Viera to be up to standard with the other races, I don't think its asking much? Yet, there's always people on the forums telling me there's other priorities. Don't implement a half-arsed race if you're not going to bother further improving it. People join FFXIV and choose a Viera or Hrothgar only then to discover later down the line they have severe limitations so they inevitably end up paying £5 for a fantasia - it's extortionate and not okay.

Not going to lie but I can't remember you at all, I've had pleasant experiences with many people on the forums and I don't remember most of them so I doubt highly doubt I'll remember you. Nevertheless, I'm glad we have something we can agree on. It's nice to come across someone who has some sense.

Yeah, I was right, over-the-top. People are allowed to disagree with you. If hyperbole wasn't needed you might want to refrain from it's use. You got more options. You don't like the options, so now you're demanding more options. Are you going to demand they keep making things until they get the one you think is acceptable based on your subjective opinions?

Compared to other successful games in the genre, even if they didn't add those six more options you still have more options that you would in other games.

The only thing you're putting out is entitlement and if you didn't like Viera to start with, why'd you make one in the first place?

dude when the queue's at 4000-5000 it can take up to two hours depending on how often you get 2002'd. let's not pretend that square wasn't forced to disable trial accounts and that people weren't literally using remote desktop on their phones at work/school just to get to play ffxiv when they got home.

He's not arguing about that though. The fact that we have queues doesn't mean we shouldn't get viera hat and hair options since these issues have absolutely no correlation whatsoever.

No, I'm complaining because over 2+ years of waiting we only have 6 hairstyles. They implemented a gender counterpart instead of working on the pre-existing issues with female Viera, they had plenty of time to fix it but instead they were too busy making another race with the same issues. if me requesting the same level of customization options as the other races make me entitled, then yes I am entitled - but by definition no, I don't think my request or complaint is unfair.

You, on the other hand have been continuously hostile and argumentative on the forums which I'm not surprised at. Nearly every single post I've seen you on, you've been arguing and unnecessarily confrontational. If you're like this in real life to anyone; you may want to refrain from having such an unwarranted attitude and potentially look at getting professional help.

You'll be the first person on the forums I've actually blocked because honestly, at a time like this the last thing I want is to be lectured by a Viera who pairs grey skin with purple hair.
