Go to customer service grubhub chat was told they can do nothing except cancel the order and try again (but it'd take 5 days to refund on card so if you don't have more money you're SoL). I said just keep the food then and I'll try again. They gave me a link to click to apply it. Refunded me 5 dollars.
I order Dunkin's, grab a matcha and coffee and donuts $15+, order, it shows very clearly across the top of the site that the code was applied at check out. Get to reciept, no promo 0.00.
