100% Agree on the first one and I think its a mistake in design, it should buff our ogcds too but I dont think Dissipation goes against the lore that much. As Sch we are supposed to work with our fairy but that doesnt imply we have to use her all the time, our fairy is one of our strongest tools but at the same time our job as tactician is to know when a tool doesnt fit a situation and I think Dissipation fills that niche perfectly well, we work the majority of time with our fairy but we must know when its better to repurpose that tool when its necessary...or maybe its that I dont want to see one of the last remnants of complexity leave and get an even more brainless and boring job.Quote:
