Don't you need to be a crafter for that? I checked, none of the 4 members have any crafting classes open and the workshop is empty.

It is just a house.
It's kind of worrisome to me that you're here stalking characters and making whole forum posts because of such a relatively small feature. What you're doing right now is very akin to tattle-taling. And you're almost like, trying to dictate exactly how one should play if they want to own a house...no offense, but that's not really up to you, and you really don't have any right to tell people what the "right" way to play is if they're going to own house.

What a ridiculous, holier-than-thou accusation. The housing crisis is real and players like this are part of the reason why, among other reasons. Try not to focus so much on me, that's the really concerning thing here. I've dictated nothing, only pointed out the obvious abuse and greed, which is being fostered by the current system. This has nothing to do with me and little to do with the player mentioned. I don't expect him/her to be robbed of his holdings because of this forum, I just want to help raise awareness of the smaller details of why this housing system is broken. Please refer to the forum title and stop trying to turn a debate into a personal attack with your weird fantasies.

Please quote me where I made any sort of demands as to what should happen to this player for his actions rather than questioning the system that allows him to keep a disused house as an FC house. And define stalking, because all the information I found about this player was obtained from simply searching his name in the Lodestone. In other words, public, one-click-search information.

They're not trying to hide anything. Why should they? After all, they've followed the rules.

No, you don't. You only have to be a crafter to use the fabrication station. There's nothing to stop someone from buying the airship and submersible parts from another player and outfitting their vessels that way.

And is their right. Want to know what is actually unfair and selfish? Looking through someone elses home, that they legitimately bought and legitimately kept through SEs existing systems and saying "I believe you don't deserve this house because you don't do X, Y and Z that I think you should be". Mind your own business and let players play the game the way they want, it's just one house, everyone is entitled to a house. I had an empty house for a good 2 weeks before I could afford to put anything in it (I used all my money to buy the house), had you gone through my house you probably would have made the same judgement about me.

Then they need to add more houses, because they way things are now doesn't work. It's a double standard to make it so players who own houses need do practically nothing to keep them, even if they don't use them for anything, while players who want houses to spend hours, days, weeks, or months to get a house, if they ever can because of competition and no help from SE.

Sure, it's none of my business what players do with their personal house. Never said it was. But this is supposed to be an FC house... Shouldn't that mean something?

Like I said, I wouldn't have brought this up if it was a personal.
