I think we all agree with that statement.
But if Yoshida is aware of that, he also should know that if we healers ends up dpsing more than healing, this isn't because we wanted to be green dps, even though dpsing as a healer felt engaging, but because of the low healing requirement through the whole content. So they has to make us heal instead and fix the problem at the source. Until the day they realize that, it'll be the same over and over.

I mean removing the DPS doesn’t resolve the alleged problem of healers DPSing, because we will need to be able to DPS respectably outside of group content. If the game system remains the same then we will just be doing less in our down time. Instead make the healing more engaging and prevalent in content so they have less downtime and then you will find your healers are DPSing less. The issue with removing the DPS is, even if the healing is going to be more prevalent in a Shadowbringers, it’s going to be boring as hell for everything it before that content. And of course the healing still needs to be more engaging if it is more prevalent.
