They’re talking about the idle poses one does with weapons. For example, female DRKs stab their Greatsword into the ground, but male DRKs do a Cloud Strife-esque /vpose with it over their shoulder.

Most, if not all, of the idle poses are different between the genders, I think. I can’t recall any that are exactly the same.
