As a side note, the Security Token device doesn't give you an emergency removal code. Still when mine broke all it took was a quick phone call and it was removed, 2 days later my new one came in the mail and registered it.

Not really sure how people consider entering a 6 digit code to be a world shattering inconvenience, first world problems I guess.

yes it does, is the XX-XXXXXXX-X code in the back of the physical copy! :)

You are being dismissive of account security. what got you all up in arms over a security token lol. I've been using the 1.0 CE token for what, 9 years now, never had a problem.

Security tokens you have to pay for now if you're getting a physical one. 10 bucks plus S&H depending on where you are. Only when I decided to order merch from the SE store about 5 months ago did I get slammed with said problems when I never had them before. Then again it did start when they had overall maintenance and I tried to login to the mogstation to get to the lodestone, and said my ID and password did not exist.

You always had to pay for the physical one, or it came with the collectors editions of both 1.0 and 2.0.

Also, the app is free.
