In Uldah you can get Showing some Legs for lw.
If it not showing as Lv 40 leve, maybe it is then in the lv1-15 or in the lv20-35 category. Make it and it could then showing up in the 40+ category or wait for the next reset.

yeah take this into effect too, the basic rule of thumb is, the higher rank the leve, the better the exp youll get from it, dont even think of it as a per synth thing, think of the bonus above all else

when you do a rank 40 leve, and get a 4k exp bonus...you tend to not even think about the fact you only get 200 per synth itself(or hell you may have even gotten 500 per which is even better based on your level)



but at low level, ALL MATS are rather cheap and theres no reason to grind leves

i know lw has "1" leve in town, but im talking about leves overall, there are so few for lw compared to other crafts, and the fact thats the ONLY 40+ that "might" show up is a bit retarded

im not lth so i dont know, but does that one leve also require a subcraft.

So if I should just be using mats to level my jobs until 20, where do I get the recipies and these cheap mats? I've looked around before and the only place that I can find the mats is in the auctions house (market) and everything is so jumbled it's hard to find what you're looking for all the time.

your recipe lists are all over the net(theres one on lodestone of course too)
you usualy want to aim 5 levels above you

also, once you know the material, you know what catagory its from, and you can go right to it in the wards, fish for instance, all under grocery for obvious reasons(if you are doing alchemy youll have a majority of your mats being fish)

also, since they pretty much consolidated all materials almost, theres no reason not to be able to just guess where the material is found in the wards(we dont have parts anymore that are randomly in catagorys after all)


but look up some fansites to see recipe lists too, theres alot out there

If you want to safe money you can level up a gathering class parallel to you crafting class to find the mats yourself.
