Nasseriya Street is for the street
skip the Street No. field
and for the Address suffix, slap the PO Box 55937 for record purposes?

That part I couldn't test without purchasing something yet. It doesn't hurt to try if you get past the initial registration phase.

edit: May take up to two hours before I can test this.

@Sigul, when you're on the SE Services page, if there's no button to add crysta, can you try this link after you log in?

I tried that sort of thing a while back - got exactly the same problem.

@Moxas, you may need to register your prepaid Master Card first with the MasterCard folks. American Express prepaid does not work so far, but then again, it's probably not registered to the billing address I entered in for Saudia Arabia.

As an example, I used something like:

selected country: Saudia Arabia first, let the page do it's little refresh click thing, then...

street: Nasseriya Street
address suffix: PO Box #12345
zip: 11544
city: Riyadh


Left State blank.

I can't say what will happen for your billing options since I can't clear that page with the prepaid cards in my possession.
