Exp gain question

Rested EXP, food exp, challenge log (if you did them at different times), or All of the Above.

Not that I'm advocating for a healer to not DPS but trust me healing gets you on that table.

In dungeons. In the overworld a healer/dps duo most likely has the dps one or two-shotting mobs before any healing is required. I've had trouble in fates trying to hard-cast damage spells before mobs die.
