Why did DRG's Disembowel get nerfed?

Those buffs also addressed the removal of phlebotomize, power surge, leg sweep, (maybe less geirskoguls too?) not just disembowel. They came in a little too low then gave DRG a bad gauge mechanic on top of it and here we are.

It's a simple test if you ever parsed your DPS. I just compared my dummy parses from Heavensward compared to the same level/gear in Stormblood. Lost around 150-200 dps depending on crit. The loss of spammable leg sweep dmg is bigger than I had thought when comparing specific damage output. Maybe this nerf at 60 is intended because we make up for it at 70.

Don't forget BfB. Dragon sight does NOT make up for it as one: it comes up 5% short (to give to the other player duh huh) and it is on a longer timer? What the fuck were they thinking? Sunny hirose did a comparison between the 60 rotation and the 64 rotation and it ended up under 1% improvement which means not factoring oGCD power changes (jump, gsk, mirage dive, bfb etc) our new rotation is just about 1% stronger than our old one.
