MSQ won't progress, GM won't listen

Just to be clear, since no one has specifically asked it yet:

After clearing the trial, do you leave via the exit portal, or via the Duty Finder? Because only the former will actually update the quest.

I leave via the exit portal.

SE hasn't responded to my in game but report yet and issue is still ongoing.

Both are literally the same.

So, after re-entering The Lochs the final cutscene triggered for some reason.
