Pretty sure this only applies to macro delay, and not animation lock (which, I'm assuming, is how you understood it).

So much good stuff! The little things I'm happy about :
/sit now cancelled by simply moving your character.
Gathering points now on mini-map! I was so hoping we'd get a skill to find harvest/spearfishing/quarry points, so this is great!
I'm not even half-way through the notes, so back to poring over every detail properly hehe.
I'm just wondering, what's the design philosophy behind making us visits a different NPC just to unlock achivements? If we have to unlock em why just not one npc in each city...
Indeed. They only meant the reduction from 2 to 1 second the "hidden /wait" of macros.
Well...right now i've no opinion regarding this...i want to see how slow this battle will be...but i have the feeling that storing 3000 TP will be a pain in the @ss with no basic attacks and TP gain reduction.
