sounds more like the Lalafell were the success - and those thingys the fails. it took them a while, but the Allagans used all their knowledge to create a near godlike, superior to anything else, simply the best race in the whole universe - us Lalafell, yeah ^___^

Lalafells are not food (except for Peiste). They are needed to repair bridges

It was fairly cute at first, but it's gotten pretty tiring after the first hour, let alone years of borderline racism. There's people who treat it as a joke (albeit lazy and overused), and then there's others where the resemblance comes almost as close to Nazism. This thread might seem a bit tongue in cheek, but it does seem to represent a response to the community's general opinion about lalafells to which I'm not surprised, especially when looking at the responses in this thread and others.
It's just an appearance choice we picked at the beginning of the game. Let's turn off the ovens, call off the nuclear missiles, and let's just get along as fellow people of hydaelyn.

Lalafell are too small to be considered people, they're more like dogs and other pets than people.
