Anyone having issues with the amazon codes?

No. That's the thing. I was told about the promotion last night and I perused Amazon to no end, but I can't find anything about it. I bought a time card anyway thinking that maybe I'd get the rewards anyway. Does anyone happen to have a link to Amazon for products that are valid for this promo?

Actually, scratch that. I checked the order and I guess the promo is still valid for my item, but it says the codes will be sent 48 hours after purchase. /Facepalm. I guess it would help if I actually clicked on some of the tabs lol

Try to chat with them, do not call them and they should give you the code.

Nope they tell you to wait 48 hours and contact them after 48 hours if you don't receive it. I just tried.

Either they adjusted their code policy to reflect that or try another agent. I got my code, by using the chat function 5 minutes after placing my order ( non returnable digital item )

I had to type my code in manually for it to work. The first time I copy and pasted it. It gave me an error at the top of the screen. Type it in manually and see if it works if you have not done it that way yet. I saw on another thread you may have to use a different browser.

Just letting you guys know that you don't have to wait 48 hours to get your code.

I contacted customer support. The first person I talked to either didn't know what I was talking about or they're very slow at typing. They transferred me to another department after 40 minutes and the other employee gave me the code right away.

If you want to get it done quickly I recommend selecting the option to talk to someone from the game department. I selected the "promotion" option when contacting them and it didn't work.

Even though it's suppose to be one code per account, they gave me two because I ordered two games separately.
