Hmm I don't mind if people pull for me sometimes depending on the class. MNK, SMN, DRG, BLM, all have upkeep buffs so if it's for GL3, DwT, BoTD or Blizz 4 then it's fine...I'd rather keep the damage high & keep going. Just don't make it a habit <.<

Most of the time both tanks standing around in dmg-stance waiting for the other to change ... I have to remind them sometimes that if they queue as tank they better should start tanking and not wasting other ppls time ...

So, dear tanks,
if you queue as tank than play as a tank!

Dear 7 other party members, from your healer,

You're not getting aoe heals if you're standing in Narnia.

Dear people who aren't the main tank,

Don't start a pull countdown for the main tank. Unless you have a pre-existing arrangement such as "my ninja starts my countdown."

It's especially awkward when the countdown winds down and all three tanks wait for someone else to pull. It's WORSE when a dps thinks a tank is going to pull, then gets their face smashed in when they aggro the boss.

I've run into a number of them, usually in 24 mans but occasionally in 8 man content. It can get nasty sometimes. A few weeks ago, I did a Void Ark where I voiced my issues with that happening. I got the final boss, and we were under 25% when one of the other tanks pulled it off of me just to be an ass.

I generally never see the issue of neither tank wanting to go...probably because I start in tanking stance unless a more appropriate tank comes along.

Dear Healers,
Please don't chime when to "LB" to DPS during a boss fight. It's super annoying and you lose my commendation every time.

When I'm on Caster, I wish more Healers would chime this in for Melee, as I've had plenty of fights where no healer LB would be needed at all, and it's been at LB3 for a good 5 minutes. I've gotten to the point where after a minute I just say screw it and use it myself, where we get more bars in the time it would of taken for a Melee to remember to use it... If they ain't saving it for that all popular "LB final hit"

Don't let dragoons die just so you can 'loldrg' them. There's actually some that are just as good at avoiding damage than ranged(even though we know some dragoons are derps)

Dear New DPS In Soul of the Creator,
Please don't use the Limit on the Generals, you're going to kill us all...

Dear Max Weapon iLVL Tanks,
Don't tell your cotank to Main then complain when you take hate spamming your tanking combo.

Dear OT Paladin,
Divine Veil is your friend, and your MT Buddy's too. Also please don't use Rage of Halone when your MT Buddy is also a Paladin, you get a little more DPS if you use Royal Authority.

Dear co-healer of any job, but specifically other WHMs,

If you see me casting or having already casted Protect + Swift StoneskinII, do not override either of them with your own. It's a waste of time, and especially of a Swiftcast on both our parts.
