I came to say Leviathan, but Greydor is on the money.

T7/9 Savage, or even just minimal ilvl, pre-nerf versions of either.
Had a strange fondness for Levi Ex as Monk, too, if DPS could push phases just right so I'd only lose GL a couple times total. Also, min ilvl Titan Ex. And original landscape, post-Twister fix T5. >.>
Fair number of good fights, so long as the leniency isn't too high *and* the party is skilled.
My favorite fight is the one where you fight the guy that lost his arm during the end of 2.0, I totally forgot his name, but we fight him by the entrance to foundation. I know is a solo fight but man it feel great.
Was only able to fight him once but I feel in love with it.
Wish I'm able to repeat it but I'm too lazy to do a new character just for that jeje.
If someone remember the name or a YouTube video I'll be thankful.
Cheers
I would say that in terms of hype and importance, the Final Steps of Faith.
In terms of fight design, Sephirot EX.
I quite like Sophia Ex. It's a beautiful fight arena for one, and I really like how it layers it's mechanics as the fight goes on in a way that's engaging but not overwhelming.
haha this is weird but I liked fighting myself in the level 50 drk quest , It just felt really epic to me for some reason
The Steps of Faith. I think they nerfed it too hard. The content is incredible, and really feels like a movie.
