This is such a cute and lovely idea, I really hope it's implemented some time in the near or distant future. (Preferably near.) I'm sure they'd have to have some sort of list of blacklisted words or phrases to avoid trolls/harassment. Kind of like what you would see in Club Penguin and other games of that sort? Typing in a blacklisted word wouldn't be allowed to be sent.

And then a homeownver could see a little counter with the number of times their home has been rated as fantastic (without listing the less than great ratings number).
