Can we have a message board

As one of housing lover I did spend a lot of time on decorating my houses

I once found a player stood at the door waited for me just because she wanted to tell me my house looked amazing lol (She was so lucky I did log in that day

And I also love to visit others house randomly, when I saw some really good ones just wanna say wow that's so nice to them(but most of the times they're not online)

So if there's a message board as interior furnishing, will that be great? Any thoughts?
(Also need chat restriction to avoid advertisements )

Been requested a couple times, still wish we can get it. Maybe let the house owner decide what remarks to be display in case of trolls.

My words exactly! If such a feature was to be implemented, I would actually want to visit people's houses and leave a comment or feedback of sorts.

Though, I also worry that a feature of that sort could be misused, and that is a part to keep under consideration.

I think a guest book furnishing item would be awesome! That way, folks who are worried about the more negative aspects of the community could avoid it completely by not having that item, and those who do want it can have it.

This suggestion comes up once in awhile. I think most people like they idea, it just has to be restricted to pre-selected messages to avoid abuse. The history would have to be stored somewhere too and we know how square is about storage. ;D

I visited a new house near mine who had plants ready to harvest. So I simply checked the ownership board (every house has one) & sent a tell to the owner. Quick & simple as they were online. If they had been offline I'd have just noted their name & sent it when I saw them online. No new features needed.

A guest book idea would be really great. To avoid bullying and rudeness, it could be a list of pre-set phrases to pick from, like "Your yard is pretty" or something, instead of just letting people type whatever. I dunno, but it's a nice idea.
