This is the exact reason that some people want Wanderer's Minuet and the thing for the MCH to be removed because they don't want to stay still.
For crying out loud, you already hitting your target because you're locked on to them, there is NO reason for you to move unless you have to dodge an AOE or the tank pulls mobs/boss away from your attack range. If you want to move around so much, just keep the thing off and you can run in circles as much as you like, but prepare to have crappy DPS though.
