Watching the live stream last night... I'm kind of getting the impression that the apartments are really just designed to be a different type of housing... and not a cure-all for our housing woes. Maybe their version of a cure-all for the housing woes of have-not's is just to bombard us with housing options... in waves... So like...eventually anyone that wants something will be satiated if they are able to be around that release date...and if you miss, you can wait for next wave in 3 months. The more options we have, the more spots will be popping up available too... I can imagine lots of people with small houses might be tempted to drop that to try out the brand-new apartments.... Seems like a side grade. Having that little communal area might be better than having a front yard but who really knows...yet.
