I would like to see Classes treated as proper, separate "Jobs"

There's no article, the proof is that it's plain to see, classes have lower stats than jobs so no matter what you do you'll always be weaker as a class than a job. Anywhere where classes have had even a niche use have been stamped out by the devs (marauder was actually better than warrior in pvp at one point but they nerfed classes by giving jobs a 10% damage boost over classes in pvp to prevent that). Past HW only jobs got new abilities, classes got nothing past level 50 and the new jobs didn't even have classes, they just start as a job. They even took LB3 away from classes just to hit home that classes are worse than jobs. SE wants you to get the class to 30 get your job stone, equip it, making your class inferior in every way, and hope you forget the class was ever there.

I just wished they'd give us skill trees, having the tools to build your class or job the way u want is fun and engaging.

Thats exactly what the original class system was. But then they took out a huge portion of abilities and spells, changed abilities and spells to other classes and introduced jobs. Everything was messed up and now its just a hot mess.

I dont understand why they deemed smn/sch a failure, imean unless you consider a dps-healer and a support-dps that have similar skills a failure. But what do i know i just like scholar, XD.

They are not and nor should they add specs or skill trees etc... People would find which specs or trees that worked best and are the most optimize, and people without said skills or specs would be insta kicked from parties and the GMs wouldn't do anything about it, because of the playstyle clause they have already stated is the TOS. Most games that had skill trees have done away with them, because of cookie cutter specs.

So let's stop asking for things they will never add and, focus on bugs, hacks, bots, and content.

People don't realize how much work would have to go into revamping the whole game because you want something as dumb as skill trees and specs.

Then people would cry about "Why isn't any content being released?!" Because you wanted us to revamp the whole game, playstyle, mechanics and overall game balance to compliment these new skill trees or specs.

they could introduce skill trees and have each line be good enough to complete content with, give us 2 or 3 paths we can go down, ultimately I wish they'd go the ESO route and let us change normal healer/dps/ tanks into one of the other roles, like a line that makes paladin a healer etc., but I doubt they'd do that since they already said they don't want tanks wearing Mage gear, etc.


As far as people saying I won't take this person if they don't have this or that build , my response is F..K them ill just find people who will, you socialize enough and your bound to find other like minded players.

It's nice to dream isn't it.

if u just talk to people and put forth effort then you'll get things done, may be slow may be fast but itll happen, if u stay to yourself and bitch about it while doing nothing then you'll get nothing.

Besides all that I wonder what else they'll do, cause me personally I really hope they don't just flood us with more and more abilities using the current way of things when 4.0 come out, great I get to add another page of abilities instead of doing a skill tree or some other means besides what we have now , not the cup of tea I wanna be drinking come 4.0

Yes lets not just stop there; Jobs are a massive waste of resources and players only really play the 'best' ones anyway so from now on there should only be healer, tank and dps so no one can be excluded! Yay for everyone! /endsarcasm.

Must be nice to live in wonderful land, I live in the real world. Where people only want to excel, and don't want to waste their time. Because I always see PF Parties looking for noobs who don't know how to play their class right, so let's add some skill trees or specs where about 60-70% of the skills would either be based for solo play or just plain worthless. Yes I get where your coming from, I totally agree with ya now. /endsarcasm.
