Idea for more fairness (New Housing Plots)

Because it has been disproved several times already. One individual on Balmung was accused of having 17 different plots between the last 2 wards when in fact he had 2.
I'm not saying there's not an FC out there that managed to get a good little collection of plots, but "so and so FC has 75 plots" is untrue.

It is not proved yet, thus even having 2 plots isn't fair. There should be, as stated before in this topic, a system in place that prevents people or FC's to have more than one plot at all time. Including account wide.

You're saying it's not true does not making any more or less true. Regardless of whether it is or not it's a broken system and SE needs to fix it.

Or just make is so an account can only have one house per server.

Hold on. The FC Master can only have 1 FC house at any given time. So an FC can only own a single plot/house at a time. Players within a FC can of course purchase their own plots. But what if a group of friends within a FC buy adjoining plots and create their own neighborhood? If you look on from the outside, do you see friends getting homes next to each other, or do you only see FC members buying plots as stooges to exploit others? If you presume guilt, you see the later, if you presume innocence you see the former. It's far more likely that a group of friends managed to obtain adjoining plots near their FC house than it is that the FC has an evil master plan to speculate on property.

Well that wouldn't be all bad if these people wouldn't try to sell this "neighbourhood" for 3-4x the price of the plot.

Agreed, that's why I made the distinction between the group of friends wanting homes near each other, and a group speculating.
