Dreadwyrm trance was the solution to the egi summoning limitation, so summoners should be able to *trance* any primal; it would give them a really bloated skill repertoire, though :)

We had been promised new Egis come expansion, then find out we don't get them. Why would they even mention new Egis to us if they weren't going to put them in to begin with? If they planned to take summoner in a different direction, why did they not just say that instead of getting our hopes up that we might get Ramuh's beard (I really want this!) as an egi?
p.s. summoners aren't evil and I will deathflar- I mean hug anyone who says otherwise. c:
I can't speak for everyone, but I know I am definitely evil. Hope that helps answer your question.
Also I would rather that Square Enix don't make any Egi glamours, and instead add more Egis in future expansions. If they add Ramuh-Egi, Shiva-Egi and so on as glamours, that makes it less likely that they'll add them as a fully separate Egi in the future.
I just want my Carbuncles back.
Only when they are twirling their villainous mustaches...
The ancient Allagan Summoners could be considered "evil" them controlling Egi made them all power trippy and as a result they were hunted down and killed by prior to the fall of the Allagan empire
If Hotbars are an Issue though, then they can put the Trance abilities on the Pet Hotbar, as well as fold the Trances for the primals into one skill for further condensation, using Something liek the Mudras. A sort of code that determines what trance you get. (IIRC Arcrimina seems to focus on Symbols and Math) in the short term, there will be some skill bloat, in the Long term the bloat would be manageable.
I think I can make a thread for this idea in a few hours.
No playable class is evil, considering we're all doing the same content for the greater good.
