Mentor Roulette Working as Intended?

Yeah I feel the mentor system altogether is more of a front for adding a "everything in 1 roulette" to help obscure queues.

All duties for Mentor Roulette are listed in 3.2 patch notes... And when I see another Mentor repeatedly landslided in Titan Ex I'm always wondering why requirements for becoming a Mentor have nothing to do with their skills?.. It's obviosly they don't qualify for real stuff.

I think all you really have to do is want to help people to be a Mentor, and sometimes that might not include having done TEX or the other EXs a load of times. I keep getting MEX with everyone being new except me and things kind of go bonkers since I don't know exactly what the other roles do since I always healed the fight when I did it. :(
