The gender is the only thing we have in common.
That's such a basic thing, I wouldn't feel comfortable playing "in" a male body u-u'

About looks..I have an Hyur alt that looks like me. She's just for fun though, and I rarely play her. On my main I enjoy that I'm able to look different from how I look in rl though. I can try out many things that I find beautiful but are either not possible or not fitting in RL, like naturally snowwhite hair and darkblue skin and stuff like that :)

Oh, but now that I think about it, I have one more thing in common with my characters : height.
I'm pretty tiny in rl, and I unconsiously always pick the smallest height for my character too. Additionally, I only play races that aren't very tall in general (Miqo'te, Au Ra, Lalafell). I guess it's the same as with gender - it's such a basic thing that defines my everyday life that I would feel like I'm in the wrong body if I suddenly played a tall race.

I have a coarse grade myself but I just loc't it which was a match made in heaven. I use to have braids and cornrowls but combing through it with a tender head was hell. I'm just hoping she literally not running around here with a curl lol.

I view my character as an extension of myself, so there tend to be a good amount of similarities. There's no way to get the details like facial structure, but the broad strokes I try to incorporate. The hair color, skin color, eye color, and height of my character are all similar to myself.

I'm a guy IRL and my character is female. I don't really have scales, I guess. In short she looks nothing like me and I'm not really attracted to girls so I don't know.

I make my character based on my tastes, I'm a gay guy irl and well, I feel uncomfortable playing as female characters, which is weird because I always fanboy over female leads like Terra, Lightning, etc.

However, when it's my avatar I can't stay female for long. As for similarities, I don't think there's many haha.

Nope, I just wanted to play "pretty princess dress-me-up". I also have 2 other lalas, a catgirl, and an au ra because I like vanity gear but somethings just don't look good on Sprinkles...
