One thing I want to say about FC crafting Aetherial Wheels - inputting each item of each type one at a time is rather slow (and I find it annoying), especially when making multiple at once. Can we please just have each ingredient a single set of 3 instead of 3 sets of 1? Since it is a one-stage craft, you can't get excellent/outstanding progress for partial pre-completion, so splitting the ingredients into 3 sets of 1 serves no purpose.

I can't even get enough crystals for grade II FC buffs. The only sectors that drop them are 5,6,7, which I only visit when I'm leveling a ship of the appropriate rank (or can squeeze in just one of them for bonus xp on a higher rank ship). It would be a waste for both the sector discovery and leveling xp to schedule more visits to those sectors, and even when I send a ship there, its pure rng if I get crystals or not.
The rank 2 wheel slot in my aetherial wheel stand has been empty now for quite some time, despite avid use of the FC ships, and I can't even jab an extra rank 1 wheel in its place.
Same story, I took a 2 week break and the beginning of HW. My small FC was like, 'what's a workshop?' And i proceeded to make every airship we have. we are 3/4 on airships and 2 are level 50.
I dont have a problem with how level 3 buffs work because they are 'special'. You could make level 2 buffs easier to produce, less deep X ink required, and I would be totally satisfied with my time spent on aetherial wheels.
These things have been driving me nuts for weeks.
The 72hr wait on charging the wheels makes maintaining 2x tier III buffs very complicated (obviously by design...) For the 2x you will need at least 6 FC to charge a wheel in and a lot of 50 airships. Right now we are up to 13x 50 airships and that is still not quite enough clusters to keep up 2x tier III buffs. I think 16x 50 airships may be the minimum amount to get by but not many people can do that many... It would definitely be nice if they increased the Cluster drop rate/yield.

Yeah the lack of certain tier 3's is very odd. There's not a single game-changing fc action out there except maybe the weakness duration one. But there's several actions that just don't have a tier 3 when there's no reason to exclude them.
And heat of battle is pretty terrible tbh. Consider all the types of xp it doesn't boost and what the fastest ways of getting xp are and that 10% from the tier 2 is more like 1%. So a tier 3 would be a waste to make...which just makes it even more baffling that SE would disallow it.
