I alternate between Healing and Tanking, I wouldn't have put up with this kupo-head.
Anyone whom tries to better themselves will always have my full support. We all were new once and due to that i have no problem helping new players.
I had a group(3 new sprouts) once in Stone Vigil that just could not for the life of them dodge the AOE of the final boss, but they tried so hard, took in all advice and did their best.
We didn't make it because the dungeon timed out. Nobody complained, nobody was salty and even though we failed we had a good time.
It is often the elitist snobs or the bad players which are the ones being salty about everything in my opinion.
Basically the best is to often ignore these kinds of people. They do not offer constructive criticism (Keep in mind the way you say things matter!) nor do they contribute to the group.
If someone has constructive criticism (in a friendly way) and tries to help you become a better player there is no issue what-so-ever.
Give a sprout a chance, they will grow into fine players one day. As a community we should nurture and help these players improve instead of bashing on them for not knowing everything at once. They in turn will help the generations of sprouts after them and overall the community will change into the better for it.

Reminds me of all the WHMs back in titan HM days, tumult>double med 2 for some reason, by the 2nd or 3rd tumult they have agro and blamed me every time. Loved when I went in with WHM friends though and another whm as the other healer, whm friend would always be the one calling them out on it, though back then everyone was new so stupid play was pretty commonplace.
