I use pingzapper myself. It's a lot cheaper than WTFast and it doesn't renew its subscription on its own until you pay for more time. It has servers globally too.

I used to use WTFast, it was pretty good initially, so I paid for the premium account. But few months back it's been really bad, on a good day yeah it's good and reduce your ping, but on a bad day well the ping is either really high or you get spike all over. So I gave up on it, went and try Battleping and my ping is better than WTFast ever gave me. It's not me alone though, a few of my friends ingame have problem with WTFast as well. So yeah, if you want to try it, just use the trial and see how it goes, it may or may not help you.
Pingzapper has 30 days for $4 for starters. Always good to shop around.
Would be able to use our referrals on each other for an extra free month?
Woah, that's high. I get sub 100ms from the UK and that's without WTFast. It all depends on your ISP. I'm with Sky Broadband and it seems to have better routing than, say, Virgin Media. My friends on Virgin have issues every now and then with 90k errors & lag that I only see when there's a genuine server problem. They have 152Mbps cable where I'm on 12Mbps ADSL.
Most traffic from the EU travels the same backbone until it hits the US West Coast and it's there that trouble starts with some routed through the shitty systems some US people have issues with and others going direct to Montreal without the Layer3 crap.
