Merlwyb had a very accomplished voice actress. She did Knight-Commander Meridith in Dragon Age II and appropriately came off as an amazing bitch in that game... true to Meridith's character, considering she ended up being the final boss. I thought she suited Merlwyb just fine.
Also, I don't think we heard Alphinau in the trailer. I think that was the Blue Ishgardian knight.

Merlwyb actually had one of a few English voice actors that actually did a decent voice for their character, the new one sounds god awful.

Her new voice actress seems to be getting the accent wrong, is that just me? She sounds less posh.
