Yo who can't buy a house?

Large houses are 41 mil on Ultros, does that count as economic horror? Especially since I have all of 400k gil.

To those that say you can buy houses via PF... that's a fools game. You pay the price the seller wants to give up their plot and THEN have to pay the depreciated price SE has for that particular plot. On Balmung, I see in PF people selling Smalls for 50 million. Pay them that, THEN pay extra to get the plot. Yeah some will say that if you want a House then you have to do that, but for those who can't grind out that amount of gil they're S.o.L. and with upcoming content for FC's with houses, some FC's which don't have a House yet will be kept out.

Some new wards would be ideal... and for those with multiple houses for themselves and/or their FC... you've got too much time on your hands.

Yikes, most people sell their goblet and lavender bed smalls for 10m on Gilgamesh, it's more for mist. I bought my small in mist for 12m then 4.5 for the actual plot. I don't mind since 12m wasn't that much, but I'm running low on cash now.

Exactly what you described. Having to buy them off of people who bought them only for resale at ridiculous prices is exactly the issue at hand.

Well, are there any small plots or is there only large stuff left?

Think it's just medium and large. I was mainly looking for large anyway, just will take me a few years to make that kinda gil.
