The horror

Plenty of people IRL don't have eyebrows or have eyebrows light enough that they're not apparent.
Proposal to SE:
Since Hyur Highlanders are missing a character customization option from the other races...
Grant them an additional feature elsewhere... perhaps something having to do with beard/chin or body tattooing.
Maybe something a little more tribal-like somehow.
EDIT: oh wait, they have muscle slider on other races, don't they? Either way, if that's the case, it's wasted as it's virtually unnoticeable.
The first time you logged into ARR with your 1.0 character you started in the character Creation to recreate your character (not only the appearance, but everything, including birth date, name and the starting class). then every 1.0 account got a Fantasia, because too many just clicked it away accidentally and missed it.
Highlander males are not the only ones lacking in the eyebrow department, Keeper of the Moon Miqote females are missing eyebrows too. KotM females get very thin, barely there brows... Females of all other races get an eyebrow option, KotM males get an eyebrow option, Highlander males and KotM females are neglected here >:(
Not a fan of the eyebrow thing myself. But, I would really enjoy it if we could get some actual beards. I can grow what my character has been rocking for years now in one afternoon irl....
I just thought all Highlander males were Super Sayian 3. Needless to say I don't mess with them.
The Au Ra male have a facial feature where you can toggle eyebrows on/off. So it is possible for them to make it Highlanders if they wanted
Except then they turned around and added eyebrows you could paint back on as a facial tattoo.
Ask yourself why, lore-wise, someone would shave off their eyebrows (which do grow back) only to later paint them back on (and yet apparently continue to re-shave the new growth). That makes absolutely no sense.
It seems obvious that this was Square's way of adding in eyebrows as an option while using the least amount of effort possible. And, unfortunately, it shows.
Lore should never stand in the way of something like this. It's would be ridiculous to assume every Highlander is of a hive-mind and compelled to shave their eyebrows. As if no youthful Highlander ever said "Nah.. I think I'll keep mine" at some point. You can use "lore" as a reason for why some Highlanders shave their eyebrows, but you should never use it as excuse for why all Highlanders lack eyebrows.
