The core reason to not buy a T9 clear is that if you're going to go into T10 you're going to want the experience and lessons T9 taught you. While the difficulties are different, learning to do your job while simultaneously doing all these other things is going to be absolutely essential going into T10+.
A T9 clear is not going to come immediately, or easily. It took me about a month of jumping into PF groups to learn and reach the skill point to start seeing the exit - and another month to find a group that could actually follow through and didn't immediately disperse because someone decided to make this group right before their static met up or some other nonsense.
You don't have to become a raid leader, but you may have to start taking the initiative to build these parties on your own. If you're not going to take the initiative yourself, then your speed is going to be at the behest of others, and there's no magic solution for that.

Some people just seem to want it easy. They go into a couple of PFs and deduce "zomgs dis so hard y only bads q dis nao" and quit there, implying it can\\'t be done. I still see a lot of parties for T9 and know a lot of ppl want to do it. It\\'s all about the effort of learning the fight yourself and finding other people willing to see the same effort. All of these threads about T5 or T9 alwaya fall down to the same category; not willing to handle one or both of these points.

If nothing else, find yourself one of those many FCs promising to help with clears. I helped my FC clear T9. Took us 4 runs with mostly a new party, so they had it very easy in that regard...
ps. Phone, double post, no way to edit posts. Square y u do this.

Well i paid for my t9 clear on Friday noon.By Friday evening i found some people that invited me in their t9 farm LS after showing them that i don't fail in t9 from a PF party(they sure as hell wouldnt even give me a chance if i had the 100 sold tag) and now i have more than 50 clears under my belt.So basically i had to PAY in order to get the 100 sold tag off of me just to be given a chance to join a community that does the content.I double dare you now to find an argument against what i did.

You did not have to pay. Your aim was to get into a FARM GROUP. No farm group wants to take a shot on someone unproven. Many others before you who cleared before Christmas 2014 had to gather their own people and grind out T9 until they cleared. They made friends. They worked hard on finding people who were making progress in T9. What you wanted was a -shortcut-. You got it. Yay.

NOW is the time to be clearing T9. At least on our server, T9 is where T5 was back in Oct-Nov. PF is always up with clear parties. A perfect opportunity to make contacts and build a strong foundation (if not a proper static) to finally clear it.

Regardless,i am contributing and being a stable member of that group.I am EARNING the right to be in the group by failing once every 5 hours, and this fail because of being tired of nonstop farming.I could NOT earn that chance to prove myself if i hadnt paid.Oh yes,i could run the content with PF mouthbreather groups for a month and get a kill when the stars align. Please enlighten me on how this would make me a better raider or person.

You bought a clear and you're calling PF groups "mouthbreathers"? Nice.
Whether you like it or not, there will always be a stigma attached to clearing content in this way. It's because (as someone said previously) it's more about the journey than the destination.
And the biggest part of the journey for endgame content is a making the contacts and friends necessary to finally do it together.
I beat T9 with six others also getting a first-time clear. Flawless run and it was awesome. I wouldn't trade being able to experience that simultaneously with others for the world.
Who wants seven other individuals "meh" because they didn't get their farm loot, while you're the only one jumping up and down?
-
I think you forgot the part where i am an active member of a group that farms this content for HOURS each day,and i would be swiftly kicked from there if i would not be up to par.Explain me how the"journey"of sticking with random groups thinking that P2 meteors is a tetris game until the stars align and i get a kill would help me become a better raider than just buying the clear and then being given a chance in a no-nonsense group where failure means kick, proving myself, then sticking with them.

If got what you wanted and are satisfied, that's what matters.
At this point I'd try to get your new farm friends to do FCOB with you. T9 is a fun fight, but I can't see the point of farming it except maybe for glamours since the rewards are obsolete from a gameplay perspective.
