Your wish was granted, Tataru successfully returns from her ventures time and time again to build the Scions' fortune (one gil at a time) with Sea Cucumbers and Malm Kelp. She also brings back a Gysahl Ring, once, which is certainly an interesting piece of gear, but of no use to anyone.

I wish I was fast enough to buy a plot of land before they sold out.

Your wish is granted! However Tataru is working so hard now that she barely can do any other tasks for the Scions. Every day her mood worsens and it is up to that point that she is one super overworked Lalafell. The look in her eye terrifying every adventurer that approaches. The prices of her gear are so ridiculous that no one can truly afford it anymore.

Your wish was granted. It turns out Yugiri and her people are actually dog people. It's all well and good for a while as all the races in Eorzea welcome them with open arms, only the Miqo'te being somewhat mistrustful as was to be expected. However, this mistrust grows into friction and eventually open conflict, and ends up being the spark that triggers the start of the Eight Umbral Era.

I wish it was possible to just get on a boat and explore all the other continents of Hydaelyn.
