With reading this, and everything else you've said im going to put forth the possibility that your ISP is the sole cause for it all, have you tried contacting them to see if there is anything stopping you from accessing the client launcher's web server?

I think it's half my ISP, half SE's sites. Even before this, Mogstation was hit-or-miss. I would contact my ISP, but I get the feeling that to handle this I'd have to start dealing with a language barrier. I've basically already told my FC that I'll be logging on whenever this gets fixed (or fixes itself like it broke itself). Until then, I'll be working on some platinum trophies over on my PS3. . .
