whats up with the rmt all the sudden?

I would suggest they just have a program that monitors the number of times new accounts send tells. If it reaches a certain point, their account is suspended pending review, and if it's a spammer, then they're deleted. They don't even have to worry about people reporting them at this point.

dunno if it was said already, but I noticed a rise when the 14-day free trial came out

Afaik you cannot send tells with a trial account.

Also since the /tell change, i still only get like 1 tell a week, seems like im very unattractive to RMT :D

That picture is the same for leviathan. All they do is spiritbond in dungeons 24/7. This is why the novus process was a horrible idea. Savage might IV sells between 400,000 and 600,000 on average. Very quick and easy money for RMT. I'm done reporting them, i pay for enjoyment, not to police their game. Infact I highly doubt the numbers they show as the amount they banned to even be true.

why cant SE just add an option to block whispers on the game options? it gives players that dont want whispers on the option to not see spam bots

I believe RMT increased since private housing is coming really soon. I got an RMT tell last weekend early in the morning and before it has been silent for a long time.

If by "whispers" you mean /tells, you already have a couple of ways to block them. One is to set the busy status, the other is to simply untick their box in the log settings. The former (I believe) sends back a message to the person trying to contact you that the /tell was blocked, the latter simply doesn't show you the /tell. Either one means you no longer have to see them, though /tells are useful when you want them.
