It happened to me too. I think the emergency maintenance reset it if you had picked up up the bill but hadn't completed it.

Well, my previous posting is probably aiming more towards people playing on PS3 than anything else as they basically can't hunt A ranks period due to load times. The only way to make it work for those folks is to give them enough to not feel left out.

Oh, I like that idea. Like the bonus for completely all the hunting log entries in a level.

At first I was like "that's crazy!", but the way you've reasoned it out to be in line roughly the same cap as soldiery tomes and justified it using ST as an example makes total sense to me. I don't hunt much as it is, but this seems like a cool idea. Dangerous, because I can easily see people starting to harp on a "lack of effort for gear they had to work so so so hard for", but whatever, we all want to be caught up before 3.0 eventually rolls around, and it's not gonna happen for a lot of people at this rate. I say why not? This is a change I'd be cool with seeing.
