Slots cost: yay or nay !?

Nay!!!

I want to use earrng rings all. And an extra slot for face please. My eyes hurts when i put my helmet and run out of a city... Sun blind me.... Need sunglases whit my helm pls :D

The headgear slot covers both eyes and head. This is why some items such as the Harlequin's cap are able to include eyegear such as the Nighthawk visor.

"Fixing" this would involve some very serious model reworking at the graphical end. I have a feeling that it's not going to be a priority.

I'll be happy as long as I can sparkle.

I'm down for yay. I don't see any harm ridding away the cost of wearing accessories.
