How to make Jenova Great i.e. What makes a good server?

Congrats nM on the Turn 9 clear yesterday ;)

I personally can appreciate being on Jenova, as a newish player. I can gather stuff and sell it, usually without getting instantly undercut, and personal housing is plentiful (we dodged a bullet!). I kind of wish there was more pf activity (I can almost never find fellow people in urths gift to help with spiritbonding) but my FC, Moogle Mob, is amazing, and I love all of them.

I can say now that my FC Memoria is on this server now, things will improve we bring to the table the things that guilds used to be back in the day, loyalty, companionship and group effort. So if anyone wants to be a part of a truly good group of nice people consider joining Memoria. We don't tolerate jerks. lol

I'm finding it the opposite. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a FC that's what I'm looking for. There's a lot of disorganized, super-casual ones and a lot of them that are either extremely tiny or aren't very active. There are also quite a few zergs spamming me with invites whenever I'm in a major city. Established, medium size, organized, hardcore FC's seem to be nonexistent.

lol on the contrary I run a medium sized, organized FC however we are not hard core. we invite players of all ranks and abilities so there is always something to do for everyone and not just T9 or Final Coil all day. Rather than people getting burned out with instant self gratification my FC provides companionship and a laid back social group for everyone to be involed in. We even make up jumping puzzle events etc just for shits and giggles because there is more to do than just grind grind grind. I have noticed that the common ground people have here is that this is in no way a hard core server. most of these people are in fact just looking to have a good time at their own pace. and I like that about this community.
