Graphics Flicker / Artifacts after patch 2.3

Same problem for me as well and it seems to be related to the amount of people on-screen. My chat box and other UI elements will randomly flicker making them impossible to read/use.

Update: I had the same kind of graphical interlacing that Kanookie mentioned here. Happened in a pretty low traffic area - The Goblet. Was looking down at the bottom of the waterfall and the pool was all patchwork.

Gonna do a driver update when I get home tonight & see if that changes anything.
