Pretty sure the intended Turn 8 strategy is 2 tanks and healers dpsing.

I doubt that. They nerfed Holy into the ground and removed thunder as a cross class because WHM was DPS'ing.

They nerfed Holy because it was super OP for AoE trash and fates, and they removed thunder as cross class because it was OP for SMN. Also, go into T8 with a dual tank set up and tell me healers aren't intended to DPS.
