Will I ever be able to get the Peach Blossom earrings again?

That would be fine after the event is over, but during events they should be sold in game in npc shops, i'm more willing to buy them then

I do hope they go to the cash shop since the new event will not be featuring them again. I missed them last year too.

Unfortunately ever since the last Halloween event, all seasonal gear/accessories from previous years become cash shop items and unattainable during the current year's event.

I hope we're able to obtain the Princess Edyva doll in some way as well.

The seasonal items were available for purchase well before the event started, that's been the case with every event since ASW. Little Ladies' Day is just a few days away with nothing up for purchase. However, the Mog Station seems to be undergoing maintenance as of this posting so let's hope they're putting in the earrings from last year.

Yes, but the Halloween event had maintenance and the items were added in the day of. I'm not exactly sure why they put the Valentione stuff in so early but the Halloween and Christmas items were added in day of.

That doesn't mean we WON'T eventually get clothing like that. It's not that hard to make a robe with those features, I should think. Everything that exists is viable to have something made of it, and if enough people ask, they are more likely to do it!
