Yeah, this could be a nice thing. :) In any case yes, if they decided for rank 14, surely they planned it with reasons.

If you wouldn't get to r14 in like 30min-1hour then it's another story. Kinda too low now.
Yay no more yellow sp numbers this was a great post. The new raises are awesome since the dungeons will be timed, I'm sure both casual and hardcore players will appreciate the 3 mins. Only one thing left, the dreaded "level 14-20 raise debate".
Oh surplus, you were like the annoying girlfriend that you just can't shake. Now that you are leaving...

Na na na na, hey hey hey, GOODBYE.[/SIZE]
I welcome all of the above, even if I think R14 is a bit early. I guess I'll need to re-do my skill-bar macros. shortly.
I don't think CON is getting the WHM card here, I think the current dev team knows that THM is a far better healer - and wants it to be able to focus on that.
CON is a very good Ranged MDPS and back-up healer - which means it has the free time on occasion to clean up some bodies without having to distract Cure-Bomb-Thaum from doing their job.
"A further penalty will apply to equipment durability for players who revive themselves via the Return command."
Not so solo friendly maybe? I like the idea, that SE is enticing you to pair up, meet new players. I don't care ATM though. All my gear except weapons/tools are in the red anyways lol.
It's just 6 lvls off of what you'd like to see. Not that much, if you ask me. And besides, you still get weakness or brink of death. It's not like you won't have to wory about anything once you're above lvl 13.
Bit if CON really becomes the new WHM I think I need to switch to THM. lol
Fatigue gone is great thing. Raise at 14 seems too early, I dont like at this rank. but it has pros as long cd. I would like to see it more later tho, at R26.
Now we need a little death penalty which is -1 K EXP every death. its low number, but trust me no one would wanna do nonsenses during sick to lose it twice.
1K lose of Exp is symbolic :-) and I would personally welcome it.
