Nope, SCH does not need something like that :/.

As others said before:

You got Miasma (1/2) for slow aspect.
You got Blizzard 2 for a snaring aspect.
You got Adloq which is in my opinion superior to Cure 2.

I'd kill to have Adlo. Wanna trade? I whole heartedly believe that each class has been given it's fair share of avoidance methods. SE probably didn't give SCH the same abilities at WHM for a reason. Different mechanics call for different abilities is what it comes down to. Slows and binds go a long way if you know how to use them. If I pulled a group of mobs as SCH I would either adlo and physick myself till a tank helped or I'd just use Miasma and run to the tank then wait and cast Blizzard II once the mobs got close enough then I'd run away.
