There is no PvP. It's instanced set fights. You PvP guys really need to find a game with PvP in it cause this one never will.

PvP looks like a joke.
The games combat ain't reward winning, at all.
We all be standing there waiting for whoever GCD lifts 1st.
PvP won't be the games saving grace you guy lol.
We'll just have more elists boasting around how they top dog PvP
when all the gear and crap is the same as any other lol...Maybe, I dunno.
I just don't have high hopes. We gotta see how 2.1 turns out.

Don't care. I'm super excited for 2.1. I haven't seen anyone say otherwise in my FC or LS.

Wait Im so confused. Where do you get this idea the population is dropping. Do you have numbers to prove it? And why now of all times? Population on my server is steady if not growing, people are coming back for 2.1, but I guess since its on the internet it must be true or something.

Producer himself said no successful MMORPG can go without PvP as it generally accounts for 20% of the player base. And yes instanced set fights is still "PvP" by definition... so I don't understand how you get off saying there is no PvP. We aren't asking for Aion style PvP.

Sometimes I stopped caring about these things and I just use threads like this to be really dumb.
Doesn't even deserve a serious reply anyway, I'm sure someone is gonna cover that right below me.

Well, a lot of people love PvP. I personally don't give a rats ass about it.
But to think "Oh well if PvP doesn't do well..." Of course it won't. We've seen the trailer, it looks boring as hell.
LOLOL LIMITBREAK. Yeah eh.
I don't think 2.1 is all that good, but no one knows for sure till we get it.
It seems for the lot of things it's not all that interesting as I thought it would be.

I can see people coming back for a week or two, maybe three then the population will drop even lower again. 2.1 will be the deciding patch for a lot of people and it'll help them know if they're going to stick with the game for the long run, if they don't they probably won't resub until the first expansion if they ever do.

I agree, and most people I know are so-so about the 2.1 patch. I personally don't care much as a lot of it was meant for launch. In a way, it's really an illusion of getting THAT much more content.

The only thing that I am excited for is the PvP, but so far the more I learn about it, the more I dislike it. I think CT will be a joke, and I am unsure how I feel about FC housing. I guess extreme primals will be something, but at this point how many more times can you release almost the same fight with more twitch mechanics and call it new? Just my opinion anyway.
