It's by design, don't want to stress those cheap servers too much.

1: Presses Hallowed Ground
2: Dies
3: Get's Raised
4: Accepts
5: Hallowed Ground goes off


1: Presses Spirits within
2: Animation Locked from Havalone
3: Misses High Voltage
4: Provoke Doesn't go off
5: WHM is paralyzed
6: MT dies at 6 stacks.
-solution
1: Stop dps for 1 second to silence while having agro
2: Blm crits and pulls ADS
