Thanks, I did not know that i was missing Allagan Bracelet of Maiming and Allagan Choker of Striking.
I'm adding those in now. I will update the drop box and the google doc as soon as I do.
I usually run the solve twice, once for assuming relic+1 and the other for assuming using the allagan weapon, because one gives accuracy and the other does not, so you'll need more or less accuracy from equipment depending. Most people will be running relic+1 until they beat turn 5 and get the allagan weapon drop. But I run both for both scenarios.
After running the solver adding those two missing pieces, assuming you are using the Allagan weapon and having weights of Det .7>Crit .2>SS .1 I have confirmed that you got it right, it is:
except earrings is not allagan, the earrings are actually Hero's i think you looked at the wrong line, but everything else is the same that i got with putting accuracy >= 131 and det .7>crit .2> ss .1
I also ran it again with the same weights but only needing 94 accuracy if you're using relic+1:
Weapon: Relic+1
Boots: Either
Head: Allagan
Waist: Allagan
Chest:Allagan
Legs: Melee
Gloves:Melee
Wrist: Hero's
Neck: Allagan of striking
Earrings: Hero's
Rings: Allagan of maiming & Hero's of slaying
Okay I have updated the links to the dropbox download and the google spreadsheet doc.
I added rows for Allagan Bracelet of Maiming and Allagan Choker of Striking.
I will also edit all previous posts that have a combination list to make sure the solver takes those two pieces into account.
edit: all previous posts with combinations and numbers have been editted to reflect the changes.
So if I have weapon +1, myth helm, myth chest, allagan earring of maiming, allagan ring of striking, hq gryphon pants/boots/ring, DL the rest, what should I save my next myth tomes for?
Seems like it comes to pants, necklace, or wrist maybe? Gloves? I have the worst luck and haven't gotten any Turn 1 or 2 drops =/
For someone using Relic+1, youll have 341 acc base and +37 from the weapon, this means you need an additional 94 accuracy from equipment to meet the 472 accuracy requirement for the soft cap. For the weights, lets go 60%>30%>10%, these weights are arbitrary depending on how much you value one stat over the other.
If you prefer Crit>Det>SS, 60%>30%>10%:
Boots: Either
Head: Melee
Waist: Allagan
Chest: Allagan
Legs: Allagan
Gloves: Allagan
Bracelets: Allagan of maiming
Neck: Allagan Choker of maiming
Earrings: Hero's Earings of slaying
Rings: Allagan of striking & maiming
You'll get 476 accuracy (4 over), +153 crit, +49 det, +56 ss.
If you prefer Det>Crit>SS, 60%>30%>10%:
Boots: Either
Head: Allagan
Waist: Allagan
Chest: Allagan
Legs: Melee
Gloves: Allagan
Bracelet: Allagan of maiming
Neck: Hero's
Earrings: Allagan of striking
Rings: Allagan of striking & maiming
You'll get 476 accuracy (4 over), +134 crit, +81 det, +32 ss.
My two picks. I'm not sure what else is better.
http://xivdb.com/?item/4693/Button-Mushroom-Saute or if your gear set needs more acc via food http://xivdb.com/?item/4694/Buttons-in-a-Blanket
or if you want crit http://xivdb.com/?item/4655/Deviled-Eggs
I don't get it, what's the point of using Allagan during the early phase of collecting it? I'm pretty much sure that you can't get all of those listed in just 1 or 2 turns. But the fact that you still need to hit the cap accuracy even before getting Allagans remains the same.
Very interesting post but please, this is AF2:
