i can see a few big issues with housing

Kind of a lot of work don't you think? RMT's are in to make real money. But it's pretty simple. Grind crap, sell crap. Take Gil and sell for real money. It sounds like you think there is going to be the RMT mob boss, and he's going to start shaking down the local houses and shops for protection money.
