Which buff food are you planing on using with that? If you are planing on using Amberjack HQ you are wasting 42 spell speed because of how secondary intervals work.
Every 67 spell speed your gcd will be reduced by 0.01 seconds.

I tried myself to find a good setup and ended with a slightly different one than you but it wastes 8 spell speed because of melds. I also valued secondaries in this order ss>dh>det>crit

I would also be interested in what people think what is BIS.

See, this is where the problem with det will come into the picture with choosing gear, do we go with the Genji Kabuto of casting with +156 det, or the Augemented Lost Alagan headpiece with 109 crit? Since we need to reach Olympus Mons levels of crit to make it worthwhile, wouldn't choosing the Kabuto make sense here?

Considering Det > Crit yes it would indeed.

I noticed at i340 max SS is around 1900, and I have more than that with crafted left side atm.. So how do I decide whether or not I should upgrade to Genji stuff or hold onto the crafted i320..?

Find a SS value that works for you and stick to it? It's always been the case that pentamelded crafted is better than savage pieces from a secondary perspective, but you'll gain more primary stats from the savage pieces.

So how do people feel about the 3.0 and the new rotation now?

I saw the spredsheet and that 4.0 rotation has 1pps more than the old but in my opinion the 3.0 should still be superior because you cant move very much/use all procs with the new rotation.

New one has higher pps now. 141.25 (for 3.X) VS 139.12 (for 4.05).

Other way around, 4.05 is 141.25 and 3.x is 139.12.

It's really not a problem, once you learn the encounters and know when to move. The 4.0 rotation is superior in any way, i don't even use the 3.x rotation anymore.

But isn't this table made prior to 4.05? I mean i didn't do the math myself but have seen several datasets showing the exact opposite for 4.05 than what this table shows.

At the end of the day, do whichever you feel most comfortable with the difference isn't great. If you lookup the top BLM parses for savage most i have seen are using the 4.0 rotation almost exclusively.
