Yea bro, telling someone to unsub from a game is just like telling a suicidal person to be happy. Not a completely deranged comparison at all.

It's actually pretty similar. Feel free to take this with a pinch of salt but I've been posting around these parts on and off since the game's re-launch. In that time - and particularly in recent years - there have been a lot of people who insinuate that if someone posts criticism towards the game then there is something wrong with them and they just need to go away. Then when someone gets fed up and is a bit snippy in response, those same people will rush to declare that the snippy statement is one of the worst things ever posted on the forum.
Thankfully more and more posters are becoming aware of such tactics, particularly since they're commonly applied across society in general in the current era.
The people who have chosen to remain subscribed to the game have explained their reasoning as to why many times already. It really isn't the business of any given player to tell anyone else what to do with their disposable income especially when such suggestions are often made in bad faith to begin with.
That aside, this community is prone to volatility and death threats/forced intimacy threats have been thrown at those critical of the game. Alongside a great many other bizarre insinuations.
We really shouldn't have players telling each other to quit or unsub if they don't like something that has gone wrong with the game - especially when what people are asking for is entirely reasonable. A decent relic grind. Like we've had in the past.
This "I got mine" attitude some people have doesn't really have a place in good faith discussions when dealing with other players who are unhappy for valid reasons.
This is typical deflection from the intent of the comment and the topic at hand. You are just trying to get a moral high ground on people so you can keep calling others out for whatever you want instead of admitting that telling people to quit when they want change doesn't solve anything and is also itself, in pretty poor taste.
